I &heart; Battlestar Galactica. Don't watch if you don't want to be spoiled for the season three finale. But really-- this is freaking beautiful. Gives me chills.

Is it too much to ask for some GOOD Battlestar Galactica Kara "Starbuck" Thrace fanfiction? I mean the good stuff. Not Kara/Lee tripe that is almost all I can find. I don't really care about pairings. I just want to read some decent fanfic to tide me over until the premiere of season four.

I wrote a little drabble born out of my frustration with the less-than-compelling fanfiction I've found.

It's [obviously] Kara Thrace and Pre-Maelstrom.

I just wish that some people would write fanfiction that echoes the tone of the show and isn't completely OOC.

That being said, I've been writing a little more than usual. Nothing major. Just some drabbles that I want to make something bigger from. And some rants.

The internetz is so dumb. 
I want my real life back.

Hope this new year goes great for everyone. :]

Resolutions for 2007: 
-- Lose Weight -- I keep promising myself I will eat healthy and actually excercise, but I ALWAYS flake. 
-- Financial Responsibility -- I will not go over budget this year, and I will not spend my money that my parents give me for school on stuff for myself 
-- Get a Job -- And earn money
-- Write More -- Self explanitory. Finish up that TMNT fanfic by 2008 and keep writing original stuff
-- Be a Friend -- Stop getting scared of people
-- Get Out -- And go to other places in California that I've never been before
-- Skateboarding -- I bought that friggin skateboard, and now I'm afraid of it. I need to start practicing without having someone hold my hand. Bruises are going to happen.

I had too much to eat today and a pickle at the end of it all. So now I'm all acidic and my throat is KILLING me.  And my left knee has popped/given way several times today. It hurts like hell and I can't seem to knock it back into place. 

I found my old deadjournals from way back in yester-year [aka 2001] and nearly died of embarrassment. My entries were crap back then.  95% of it were quizzes, 3% were fandom, and a grand 2% were actual, honest entries. I also lied about my age A LOT. How that was able to fly past anyone with what crap entries I had, I have no clue. And I now can fondly look back and see my insane posts about Willem Dafoe, Spider-Man, Harry/Draco, and my strange obsession with The Matrix.

I'm so tired. Time to fall asleep to the comforting glow of Ghostbusters. :]

i'll make designs soon. but seriously. i want to wear a midriff baring costume next year because I WILL have an awesome tummy by April 2007. I will I will I will.
